Issue: Communication problems between Senior Sales Staff and the Customer Service Department around billing and other internal processes.

This client called upon Spark to bridge this gap. After some research, Spark found that much of the communication problems arose from each group's basic lack of understanding of what the other group did.

Solution: Spark wrote and produced an entertaining and informative video that was shown to both groups at the client's annual meeting. The video helped turn a contentious situation into one of mutual respect and even admiration, and eventually helped the company to regain its lead in the industry.
